OtterOrder began in 2025 out of a simple realization: on-site ordering was still far too slow and far too complicated. Ranges, gyms, courts, and hospitality businesses all needed a faster way for customers to order—without waiting in lines, relying on staff, or depending on outdated POS systems.
After years of delays from POS partners and constant roadblocks to innovation, we finally decided to build the solution ourselves.
