OtterOrder, LLC does not sell your personal information for money. However, certain limited activities — such as using analytics or advertising cookies — may constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state laws.

Send an email to support@otterorder.com with the subject line:
“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
Include your full name, phone number, and email address associated with your OtterOrder account or transaction.
(c) Browser Signal (GPC)
If your browser supports Global Privacy Control (GPC), OtterOrder will automatically recognize and honor this signal as an opt-out request for that device or browser.
4. Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We’ll match your provided information (such as your email or order ID) with data already in our records. You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, provided we can verify both your identity and the agent’s authorization.
5. Cookies and Analytics Opt-Out
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and improve the user experience. Some cookies are necessary; others (such as analytics or advertising cookies) may be considered a “share” under state privacy laws.
